StaffJesse Ford Founder/Executive Director has been producing projects for the last fifteen years. From working for some of the nations largest advertising agencies to producing corporate web sites for international companies, he has always focused on the quality of the project and keeping it on time and on budget. He studied film at New York University and holds a BS in Mass Communications from the University of Kansas. Jesse is a native of Kansas City and now resides in the San Francisco Bay area. Laurie Barrows (Guest Artist) Laurie has worked as a professional Art Director and Illustrator for over fifteen years. Her style is expressionistic realism which works perfectly for the project Everything Obsolete - the next project in development for the artists of GHP. In addition to being an artist herself, she has been teaching art for over ten years. Laurie has illustrated ten published books including: Simon’s Hook, Job Jungle and If the World Were Blind. She has won numerous awards including 2001 Best Children’s Book cover and the 2000 Parents choice award (Sacramento Publishers Association.)
Advisory BoardMichael Parks Michael has fourteen years professional experience, including eight years as an animator at Pixar Animation Studios. Credits include “A Bug’s Life”, “Toy Story 2”, “Monsters Inc”, “Finding Nemo” and “The Incredibles”. Work has included character animation as well as technically challenging shots and action sequences. Before Pixar, Michael did stop-motion animation for Disney Channel projects, including “Rotten Ralph”. Michael Parks has a degree in filmmaking, animation emphasis, from San Francisco State University. Michael is currently working as a video game animator at Stormfront Studios, and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two children. JC Davis Mr. Davis joined CritterPix Studios as Executive Producer and was later appointed VP of Marketing. Responsibilities include production fundraising, recruiting creative talent, strategic business development, and co-promotional tie-in marketing. CritterPix Studios' first feature, Ollie the Otter, is a 3D CG animated movie to be released domestically in the 2006 holiday season and then worldwide in 2007. Prior to CritterPix, Mr. Davis was the founding sales executive of 5 high technology startups, with two reaching IPO. His marketing career began at Miller Brewing Company producing large-scale events and then he co-founded a lampoon college magazine and served as its publisher for 4 years. James Chen Jim is a founding partner of Audio Images Corporation, a leading pro audio and graphics dealer located in San Francisco. Jim was instrumental in developing the Value Added Reseller program with Macromedia and NetObjects. He went on to develop course materials for the Authorized Training Program for NetObjects, Merant, and Equilibrium. He has traveled extensively and trained Fortune 500 companies on web technologies. He has also been a long time supporter of Wacom Technology and their Cintiq LCD Drawing tablets introducing the technology to numerous animation and video gaming companies. Lately, Jim has been exploiting the eBay platform for Audio Images and playing guitar with his 10 year old son. Jim has a BS in business from UC Berkeley and an MBA from UCLA. |
