Community Efforts

Internship Program
Group Hug Productions currently has Internships available for Animation, Paint and Texture and Special Effects Students. You will be working on the project Everything Obsolete for PBS and will be mentored by industry professionals from Sony ImageWorks, and Disney Feature Animation.

The Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for you to gain practical experience in digital arts while learning valuable leadership and team-building skills that will help you achieve your career goals. As an Intern, you are asked to spend 12 hours a week on the project and attend an on-line production meeting.

Guest Artists
GHP also has openings for Guest Artists. As a Guest Artist, you will be supervising Interns and working with Mentors on Everything Obsolete. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, while sharing your knowledge with others. As a Guest Artists, you are asked to spend 10 hours a week on the project and attend an on-line production meeting.

Become a Mentor
If you work in the digital arts, computer arts, or special effects industry we invite you to become a member of our Mentor Program. For just 2 hours a week you will be helping an aspiring professional artist become prepared for the working world. Besides giving back, you’ll be able to see some of the up and coming talent around.
